Grim O'Grady
Saturday September 26rh Ainslie Park Edinburgh Spartans vs Coldstream Ko 3pm Recently resurgent Coldstream will be steaming into the Spartans hoping to give the Last Season's Cup heroes a rough time of it. We sent secret agent Jack (007) Beesley down on a spying mission last week to see just what we are up against. We do not take any games lightly. I've heard folk describe this game as a walk in the park for us, especially as we are on such a good run of form but all good runs eventually come to an end, take Man City for instance, who'd have thought West Ham would have done that? Coldstream have ambitions for the Lowland League & what better scalp to beef up their ambitions. Expect a cracking game. Grimbo

Grim O'Grady
The restraining order is in place. He'll not make it past Haddington. Grimbo
queensferryspartan
A comfortable win in the end for Spartans. Not a vintage performance but we are in the hat for the next round, which is the main thing. 3 well taken goals from Murrells and good to see Robbie Ross back and scoring. For me David Greenhill was impressive once again and has been a great signing.

Hugo Stiglitz
Heedthebaa, your movement must be second to none, assuming you managed to avoid all the dug muck bombs down the John Muir!
Grim O'Grady
We carried on where we left off with our League business. We are comfortably in the hat for the next round. The Streamers never really got going, even when we gifted them their goal, which they took well btw, we had already put the tie to bed. The big shock was no John Crawford, is he being saved so he's no cup tied? On an unrelated note it was good to see our old boss, the golden one. Who manages a team who are not cup tied but in action at our next week. Lots of pleasing points today, another Murrell hat trick, Robbie Ross a blast from the past coming on & scoring as well as Eddie Malone banging in a freekick reminiscent of Hoskins from a few seasons back. So we've got a bit of everything going on. With a few other lads to come back & our policy of blooding a few of the younger lads it's all looking good in the Spartans camp, Sammy's got the blend right & we keep our winning run going. Happy days Grimbo
