Michael Reilly available for transfer

Troon Portland

How many clubs has he had now? He would be better seeking a club in the district leagues as he will be guaranteed a start at that level. I don't think he's good enough for Premier level unfortunately.

Michael's been very unfortunate with us to be honest, have to have a degree of sympathy with him.

Straight after he signed with us he was left kicking his heels on the sidelines because of Scottish Cup delays last year, and even when we got games played he was cup-tied so he was inactive for nearly 3 months without a game. He then picked up a wee niggle which affected his run-in, so we didn't really get much out of him last year through no fault of his own.

He's been looking really sharp since coming back in the summer, but unfortunately for him we had strengthened considerably in his areas by then! Would be delighted for him if he could get regular football with his next club, when he gets into his stride I'm absolutely certain he'll show why he was signed by the big clubs he has been so far.

Agree with this. Always tried his best with Talbot but IMO didn't quite have the quality required. Thought he did well to stay in the supeleague with Glenafton and then Troon but perhaps its time to drop down a level for a more regular game.
