BigBadBoaby Posted August 28, 2015 Share Posted August 28, 2015 1st EVER league game for Gartcairn tmw sadly I won't make it down but fancy them to be just a bit too strong for Vale of Leven nice big pitch and should be a good surface down there too so that should really suit them. Be interesting to see how they get on with the new management team in situ a lot of pressure on them and the team this season with the 'investment' and personnel recruited. Gartcairn Army Posted August 30, 2015 Share Posted August 30, 2015 Great result for us yesterday but we're made to work very hard for the points. Park was excellent as was the welcome from the committee. Delighted to see T McManus start his junior career with 2 good goals and we are all really looking forward to our first home game next week v Royal Albert. Special mention to the new gaffer who has picked the boys up after Billy left with a good 2 v 1 win on Monday against West Calder and yesterdays opening 3 points.
