Pollok v Troon

Troon Portland

Fascinating game in prospect tomorrow, really looking forward to it!

Last seasons First Division champs, one of the big names in Scottish Junior football, with some of the best players in the division against our exciting looking team for this season. Both teams playing attacking football, so going to be a good one for the neutrals!

same crap different season when it comes to you Hertha

Taking it all a bit to personally are we not Mr Pollok we need a fixture man.

Speaking of crap was it you who said Kilbirnie are nowhere near a top ten junior club, how wrong can you get, good ground, big support on there day, good history, that club have potential to be a top five club.

Your dislike for them has effected your thinking.

I really hope you're right Hertha, but I'm expecting a much closer game than that today.

I am expecting goals though, but I'd quite happily take a 1 goal victory & 3 points back down the road!!

I think troon are looking very strong this season with an excellent goalie and a good spine throughout the team .

Factor in Lots of youth combined with experience and you will be up there for me.

Wondered when the village idiot would make an appearance on this and making a poor attempt at gaining allies at the same time. And also him being up so early has EFFECTED his spelling!

And once again, RRG can't see your constant posts trying to bait him, as he's blocked you. What don't you understand about that ?

I couldn't give a toss if he can't see them. I am only putting my point across, however it seems to upset you also doesn't it? Why don't you block me too?

I don't block anyone on here. I just don't see the point in you constantly posting insults to try to get a reaction from RRG when you know he can't see them anyway. It's time to just accept him for what he is, sure we get the message that you don't like him, but he doesn't care.

now now Brian, yes i did say they were not in the top 10, so having a good ground big support makes them a top 10 club, well with you having no ground and your 10 fans does that make you not even in top 30

I tend to agree, it's the football forum equivalent of walking down sauchiehall street and shouting abuse at your rival who isn't even in the vicinity of Glasgow.

A bit pointless and people would be pulling funny faces at you.

Lok got a reminder from Petershill on Wednesday just to keep sharp at all times-Peasy created very few chances but took two of them.Lok had loads of the ball but could and should have created more.Troon will as with every super league side be a very different proposition to the sides Lok faced last season in the league in every respect.

We've had a tremendous start to the season, the new signings fitting in very well. Dale Shirkie looks a decent lump of a lad that can hold the ball up and play a bit, Colin Spence has brought much needed dig in the middle, Morgan Brown at left back is a local lad who came up from Neil Duffy's excellent under 19 side last season and he looks a real find, Sean McKenna is a crafty attacker and of course Ally Semple who is definitely one of the better keepers in the Superleague (in my humble opinion, obviously).

Saying that, Lok are a big big club that should be in the top division, Newlandsfield is one of my absolute favourite grounds and I'm expecting a struggle today. Lok won the 1st well and there's always that momentum that a title brings you when you go into the next season.

Wish I was able to go today. Heart says 3-2 Troon, head says 2-2 and a well won point to bring down the road.
