Solitaire
Opponents from a different league.....Bit of a step up in opposition this time.Better quality team, better quality players. It will be a true test of resolve rather than the low quality football faced weekly.Wonder how St Johnstone will handle it? jamamafegan
Shite draw and won't be going to Ibrox. We're going to get pumped.
The_Kincardine
St Johnstone have only won 2 games from 7 this season. They are clearly not very good. I expect a home win and the tedious 'budgets' issue to be raised after we've pumped them.

bennett
Obviously St Johnstone have to be the favourites against a lower league team who have a squad full of lower leagues journeymen players. Hopefully we can get a win but its a big ask against a premiership team.

youngsy
Reasonable enough draw for Rangers, i was worried that we may have got a difficult team, like Hibs.
RandomGuy.
Absolutely shite draw. Can we not, for one season, not play a team for the second successive season? Maybe once every so often we could get a home tie too? Must be too much to ask. No idea how this'll go. We're better than where we were when we faced them last season, while they look miles better than where they were. Hopefully we're not down to 11 players this time and can field our strongest team. I'll predict the score nearer the time.

RandomGuy.
Just checked, over the past four seasons we've been drawn at home three times, compared to 11 away ties

Yeah I re-read mines then re-read yours then figured out why you said what you said. This is why you shouldnt post between FM matches

Mad Capsule
Rangers have to be clear favourites for the win, especially with the match being at Ibrox. 2-0 Rangers. Agree with this. We are leaking goals at the moment, and lost 1-0 last time, so I can see us conceding 2 or more at the least.
PauloPerth
What a pish draw. Both teams were in poor form when we met last time. Rangers deserved to win as they were slightly less shite on the night, and our tactic seemed to be sit in and hope for the best. The game is a month away so hard to predict, but Rangers look to have momentum and playing well. Hard to gauge though, as their lower league journeymen won't have come up against a player the calibre of Magic Mike O'Halloran this season. The fans will hopefully entertain us with their full repertoire of Hearts, Dundee and kilmarnock songs, looking forward to it very much. Rangers strong favourites for this, but on current form I'd be quietly confident.

It's a one off game though so if Saints take the game to Rangers they might cause an upset. Why they didn't do that last time against a struggling Ally McCoist team is a mystery. Thing is, if they do take the game to Rangers it's not going to be nearly as easy as it could have been last season.

It was one of our most frustrating performances of the season, we sat in and created nothing and barely registered a shot. Will be tougher this year, but we're far better going forward than this time last season so hopefully give it a better go
Costanza
Reasonable enough draw for Rangers, i was worried that we may have got a difficult team, like Hibs. Hibs were unseeded, same as you. Could have saved yourself the worry.
