Lot of the players went because of him. Probably left sam Campbell on bench. Although losing a couple they were narrow defeats and it looked like they might do okay this season. Watch out for Campbell starting this week Maybe the back door entry into management that caught him out? I understand that he is not qualified for the position, I could be wrong. Similar situation for the chap Campbell I understand,youth level qualified,could be wrong but will be interesting to see what goes on at Hawick now. He was initially taking the job with Jason Girdwood who has the coaching qualifications. Jason left quickly after realising he was not happy with the set up. Apparently club not happy with way things are going which is surprising considering they have looked competative with decent results. Mikey brought the majority of the squad in so be interesting to see who stays. They have brought in someone who has good knowledge of the game and I think they will do very well. No point dwelling on what has happened it's about moving forward as a team. The clubs not a shambles far from it. What happened to Mikey isn't great and he will feel upset about it as most would. But the new guys are just trying to do a job and I believe they will be a success.
