No thread for this yet? Let's make some serious money folks (in about ten months time).

Here's my scattergun predictions-

Barcelona for the Champions league, 3/1

Celtic for the Scottish Cup, 5/4

St Johnstone to finish bottom, 20/1

Rangers for the Championship, 8/15

Peterhead for League One, 9/1

Clyde for League Two, 5/2

Liverpool for the FA Cup, 11/1

Aston Villa relegated, 3/1

Luton for League Two, 7/1.

A heap of bets there, from trebles right up to a massive f**k off accumulator. Small stakes though.

Villa to go down looks good. Haven't tied much up in ante post bets last few years just daft lucky 15s. Noticed bayern are 1-12 on done coupon and psg 1/6, the latter possibly worth a lay as quite lucky last year. Paddy power free bet offer on top epl scorer looks good for those who qualify. Might go newcastle back to lay on relegation as it's a tricky start.

My only Antepost so far is this 4 fold...

Hamilton to finish bottom (7/2)

Motherwell Top 6 (4/1)

Falkirk Top 4 (11/8)

Dunfermline to win League 1 (3/1)

Will end up doing trebles as well and might stick Elgin top 4 in there if we make a couple of more decent signings.

Not had a proper look at England yet but fancy Boro to win the championship.

Didn't think bookies would take that bet as the Hamilton and Motherwell bets could have effects on each other?

Falkirk to win promotion 12/1

Partick Thistle to finish bottom 9/2

Inverness with handicap of +34pts ew 1,2,3 at 17/2

Gretna ew 1,2,3 at 12/1

Nairn County ew 1,2 at 25/1

Small trebles, 4 and 5 folds.

Plus daft ew singles on Clach at 100/1(1,2) and Inverness City at 25/1 (1,2,3)

I plan to stick on.(Best odds prices so far)

Leicester to get relegated 7/2

Brentford to get Promoted 9/2

Dundee Top 6 11/4

£25 will return just short of £1500.

I did see Ross County being priced as highly as 9/1 for Top 6 on Skybet, which would certainly be worth a couple of bob.

I had a £10 free bet from SkyBet so fired it on:

Scottish Premiership - Aberdeen W/O Celtic

Scottish Championship - Rangers

English Premiership - Chelsea

English Championship - Middlesbrough

Champions League - Real Madrid

Return roughly £4.5k. Not completed mental and should keep it interesting through until the end of the season.

Scratch means Celtic start on 0 and would have to finish more than 20 points ahead of Aberdeen and more than x points (whatever the rest of the teams handicaps are) ahead of the other teams for the bet to be a winner.

I think thats how it works anyway
