SHFLdiary
Hello. We noticed there wasn't much of a written history on the Highland League so decided to do something about it, and have produced a 252-page book on last season. It features short reports on all competitive games, monthly league tables, club statistics, competition summaries, and other bits and pieces that folk might find interesting. The cover comes in a glossy red colour in honour of last seasons champions Brora Rangers (or Deveronvale/Formartine United/Lossiemouth, if you like). It's a bit nerdy but we felt that, despite the efforts everyone has gone to in creating an online community about the Highland League, there was nothing down in print that would last longer than a server. Finding out historical information about the league back more than 18 months takes a bit of work, but at least last season is documented in one place. And for the next three days, you can, thanks to our publisher, get 20% off the price. When ordering a copy, use the code JULYPRINT at the checkout. Click here to buy! welshbairn
Good stuff and worthy cause. I'd be more likely to buy it though if you included this coming year's fixtures etc, bit like the Wee Red Book. That way I'd regularly pick it up to check a date and get diverted by looking at the odd match report etc. As it is I will probably will still buy it but likely never read it. P.S. Just a suggestion for next year if you do it again, valuable work in any case.

Unfortunately the fixture lists aren't ours to reproduce, unless we become official and are legitimized by the SHFL or the Press and Journal. We'll look into it!
