Mr Rational
Well the respect agenda lasted quite a long time. Some Tory back bencher has asked about taking back powers from Holyrood.....

BerwickMad
The Tories are in overdrive at the moment trying to tackle every issue. Weekend GPs, Fox Hunting, union controls, EVEL. Think their slim majority has went to their heads.

Think their slim majority has went to their heads. Yeah, they really need to calm themselves down. Interestingly, a few of their own MPs don't seem keen on a few of their pledges so far, so much of them end up getting shelved regardless. It makes them look amateur and a bit desperate, really. tamthebam
I wonder if people are getting bored with the subject. I asked a stunt rider about the topic and all he said was "EVEL? 'kin EVEL!!"

Think their slim majority has went to their heads. With the majority being so slim, they have to get some major changes made while they can. Problem is, they're going over the top and seeming a bit desperate, even to some of their own, less committed to Call me Dave's vision, backbenchers. Were a sensible Socialist alternative to be available to the voters outside of Scotland, I don't think we'd have seen these arseholes anywhere near Government in my lifetime. Just something else to thank the so-called Labour Party for.
BerwickMad
The BBC issue is another one. Maybe they're trying to get as much done as possible while Labour have no leader.

Exactly what they're trying to do. It doesn't help the country when no-one is willing to highlight the sheer hypocrisy of a Government with a mandate from less than a quarter of the electorate demanding almost twice that "legitimacy" of public servants who wish to take industrial action. When MPs are, y'know, public servants....

mizfit
And that's that. They've voted for this. Let's see them slowly turn it into the English Parliament.
williemillersmoustache
And...... it's fucked. Your vote in a Scottish constituency now means less than a vote in an English one.

Antiochas III
I love the argument that English MPs can't vote on Scottish Matters so why should Scottish MPs get a vote on English Only matters. A couple of things 1. I thought they were British MPs. 2. Scottish based MPs don't get a say in Scottish Matters either.
