RobRoyGuy Posted July 12, 2015 Share Posted July 12, 2015 Just had a quick look at the squad thread and don't know if it will be a trend but noticed a few teams have 5,6,7 including the manager in their backroom team. That seems like a heck of a background team for a 17 or 18 man squad at a semi pro football club where you are not full time, must really add to the wage bill and expenses. Going to be a few crowded dugouts this year unless certain guys listed are only about on occasions. All my time supporting my team i can only remember us having a manager, assistant and a coach, with physio so four in total with possibly a goalkeeping coach working with a keeper on training night. Agreed that you can go overkill but maybe these guys take a collective wage that's spread out amongst them all regardless of how many?
