surely not!
In this situation because of an ex manager that's went back amateur How? This isn't Sunday amateur where the manager washes the strips and is the committee too. What's everyone else been doing at bathgate to make sure the loss of the manager or any player doesn't debilitate the club?
Ken Whit!?!
In this situation because of an ex manager that's went back amateur ???? Having a open day because a manager went back amateur over a year ago, aye that's it dafty!!!
armadillo
That's the reason the clubs in a mess brought in a manager like that and the dross players he brought with him aswell
daleboy1969
To be fair .was talking to Andy Cunningham about this and he reckoned he got four good players during his cambuslang days thru open training and trial games ,so may not be such a daft idea . Some teams need to think outside the box these days .might just be what Bathgate need
Ken Whit!?!
That's the reason the clubs in a mess brought in a manager like that and the dross players he brought with him aswellwhat manager are you talking about? The one that went amateur actually brought in some quality players but for different reasons it wasn't the right match for club and manager and I agree with dale boy if 2 or 3 boys come along that want to play football then where's the harm? stmirrenslayer
In this situation because of an ex manager that's went back amateur Hahahaaa blame the manager that came from a successful amateur back ground, promoted in his first season in the juniors 2nd season gets the Bathgate job and done very well managing budgets etc ,3rd season was willing to stay and continue to build on the reasonable success but got fucked over for the arseholes Malcolm and malone so moved on......Back to amateur and built a team around the players who didn't want to stay junior, won league and several cups and got to final of Scottish cup. 2 games lost all season. How did the chosen ones get on??? Nearly relegated and avoiding the drop was seen as a failure to the committee who then sacked the manager for monetary reasons. Yip it's the ex managers fault..... Jog on ya Dick

Ken Whit!?!
Is every mention of Bathgate going to keep going back to this? End of the day Main done a good job, no one can take that from him. Malcolm was piss poor and Bathgate were lucky to survive. Time to move on! Stmirrenslayer got what he wanted, Malcolm feking up and getting sacked, so why still the bitterness? Ken Whit!?!
If you knew what I knew then believe me you'd be bitter as well times moved on, Bathgate has ended up with worse deal from it after suffering a shocker of a season last year and previous management have had a lot of success at amateur where from what I've heard are enjoying their time doing what they are doing. I understood the bitterness towards Malcolm but I also think Bathgate committee could be bitter towards him now too after reading some things he said on various other forms of social media. As I've said times moved on
superbathgate
Another training session today another quality attendance of about 8 with assistance manager and Physio taking part .... Sad times for bathgate at moment feel for people involved but can't think that this could have all been avoided with right structure community club in place earlier .... Now in a managerial merry go round , no money , transfer targets no interest no attraction Would be lucky to field a team at the tenants sixes at this rate
