I would think cases of people so desperate to attend a match they pay inflated prices but then deciding they no longer wish to go and then sell them on are rare..... People shouldn't be profiteering with tickets for matches at the expense of fellow supporters, those who have hinted they would above should be ashamed of themselves. Utter disgrace. When we're doing well, it guarantees you a ticket for a big game. When we're shite - particularly the last campaign - you're paying, like you say, for a hat and scarf. But the season ticket thing is a nonsense. I guess they wanted a selling point for the ticket - last time out they had the England game to dangle in front of us, and with the higher prices this time around, they needed something. I would be amazed if we didn't see some of those extra tickets making their way onto tout sites for exorbitant prices unfortunately, when they really should've gone to public sale.
