HibeeJibee Posted June 25, 2015 Share Posted June 25, 2015 Going by p3 of the fixturelist all of the Lowland League Cup will be played off the end of the season - either straight knockout a round per week, or with a groupstage first (funny if it was regionalised eh NB ?) - so there couldn't be as long a wait as in previous seasons. Of course despite the wait both EK and BSCG went on to win the South Challenge Cup in any case. Personally, I think it's good that they moved the final of the biggest cup to become the last game of the senior non-league season, it lost a bit of its lustre when it was finishing in March / April. Only downside is that potential gap for the Lowland clubs if they finish early. Of course Civil Service had league games right up to the week before as EOSL ends in mid-May. Not going to bother for everyone, but looked-up Edinburgh City's schedule. Jul 25 - ?? We've played yous before in monsoon conditions at Rosewell it takes a lot for Sir Peter to deem it unplayable on a Saturday,I'm fairly certain that is one Saturday game he won't want to be defeated by the elements....
