Ray Vaughn
English fixtures out today and Scottish fixtures have traditionally come out today as well. I wonder which factor has caused the delay by a couple of days?

HibeeJibee
According to the listing 4 of 5 games on Saturday 31st October are at 7:45pm, despite being on a Saturday... and it's the same story with 3 of 5 games on Saturday 23rd January. This has worked-out particularly badly for Berwick - we're away to Montrose on the Saturday night in October, and away to Elgin on the Saturday night in January. Is this some sort of experiment/initiative from SPFL to try Saturday night games? Avoiding something else sporting?
