East Region Premier League 2015/16

Recommended Posts

I've been homeless since they shut the South Division 14/15 thread :(

Now that the football is finished after the exciting affair at Volunteer Park, I can get my feet back under the table. We have

Armadale Thistle
Arniston Rangers
Bathgate Thistle
Dalkeith Thistle
Downfield/Kennoway
Dundee Violet
Dundonald Bluebell
Edinburgh United
Falkirk Juniors
Forfar West End

Haddington Athletic
Jeanfield Swifts
Lochee United
Montrose Roselea
Oakley United
Thornton Hibs

There's a few grounds there I've not yet been to and I'm told that Haddington will play their first ever matches against Jeanfield Swifts and Lochee United this season - Kennoway as well, if fate falls that way. Looking forward to it all immensely.

This should be a cracking season although I don't think Jeanfield will be challenging, but hopefully on the fringes, Dundonald look good and should be up there but a hard one to call, looking forward to this, and a chance to welcome Haddington to Perth as well.

Think Jeanfield will get it right this year, such a promising squad that fell well short on expectations last year. Just trying to keep the squad will be good enough. It will be to close this year though and more new grounds to visit.

Have Jeanfield changed there manager?

Yes Gunner took over for the last 2 games of last season following the dismissal of Andy Heggie.

Gunny has a great playing career & hopefully this will help him in management. He is a winner & the players responded fantastically for the last week of the season finishong on a high after pushing Boness so closen2 days before.
