Sorry this is just my opinion but why should a 2004 club be looking for kids with experience. At that age its all about development and whether its a kids first or tenth team shouldn't matter in the slightest

Not sure "experience" is the correct word. The boys have played together for a few years so any kids who are just starting out who have came along to see if they like it have struggled a bit. Weird world we live in where 11year olds have possibly 5 or 6 years of boys club experience already.

Can you now not see it was always coming back to bite your arse. You are a BC only but have portrayed your club as senior with FC and needing experience , get a grip for god sake

Big Ted I think you need to get out more. At no point have I said we were a senior club our club name is Hamilton football club 2004 ( note no Academical) therefore no mention of being pro youth or senior or anything else you want to mention.

This. 11 year old laddies wanted, must have experience of kicking a ball into a goal, defenders preferably in the Rio Ferdinand mould.

Nothing wrong with wanting to bring in quality boys for what ever age group they are,if you are spending your own time and have a good team a want to bring in boys to strengthen team then fair play

Watching boys faces when they win league's,scottish cups ect ,will live with them forever

non competitive football is fine at 7 a side and below, but once you start 11 a side what's the point in just turning up I for one want my team to win

As long as your boys are well disciplined and respect opposition and referees ,nothing wrong in wanting to win and have best team

Some might say this is whats wrong with Scottish football but these are they guys that sit on there arse watching sky sports and are not the men/women out 3/4 times a week training & supporting local boys in community

'Some might say this is what's wrong with Scottish football' - what?

Yeah, what's wrong with Scottish football is stopping boys, UNDER 11 YEAR OLD, from going to a team as they don't have 'experience'. Fucking idiot.
