But he knew that when he said it didn't matter who won it. So if the last thing he wants is lothian to win it at meadowbank then by definition ( and by process of elimination) what he actually wanted - consciously and subconsciously was for easthooses to be champs. WhatsUpDoc Posted May 19, 2015 Share Posted May 19, 2015 Yes Derek and Leith have the right to play any team they wish but you have to feel sorry for the Easthouse squad when they turn up and see young boys in the Leith squad with older and more experienced players left on the bench. I feel it is a bit of Derek saying I will decide who wins the league as that is effectively what he done with team selection. To be honest I think it is a huge risk considering they have LTHV next week in a cup final as feel they have a big mental advantage over Leith now. Also the league deserves to be named and shamed. Easthouses lost 5-0 to LTHV on 18/04/15 - FACT First rule of analysis, look at yourself first. Easthouse f*cked the league up for themselves. The way that the Lily are acting appears to be a poor attempt to cover their own short comings and has been nothing short of disgraceful.
