Billy Harmison Posted April 22, 2015 Share Posted April 22, 2015 I've been hearing loads of rumours about The Thistle recently, namely that they won't be going away next year and intend to strengthen significantly. If that means paying seniors and juniors more than their current wage to come aboard then thats what will be done. It catches up with them all eventually tho! Not knocking the quality but you just wouldn't pay many of them, still very good amateur players but certainly not worth a wage. Don't like what's been done in years gone by with money but they may actually deserve a bit of credit this year as I don't think they have paid many which is going in the right direction at least. But as billy says still enough and only going to get worse again. End of the day there cheating b*****ds . Some of the guys that play who are/ where on a good bit of cash are sad c***s cutting about a level there freely too good for , aye well done you for scoring 5 against someone who's no on the same level and then swaggering about like your the man , ???????????? They have a good honest team this year and I genuinely believe that. In previous years and what their plans are for next season I can't comment on as I don't know. If there is money changing hands for players then I don't know how the management team could hold their heads up high.
