Simplistic
Only 2 more Sundays without football as the Wolves kick off their season on April 12th with a home game at Meadowbank. I'm actually working to build awareness of the team, so would love any thoughts or ideas about what we could do? Eg what you make you come along to a game? Could any twitter users also give us a follow to help out too? @edinburghwolves
Todd_is_God
I wish you all the luck in the world, but you've got your work cut out trying to entice all but the most devout american football fan to go to a game at that level.
Todd_is_God
To try and be more helpful, however, have you looked into how the Pirates go about their business, and the set up they have going?
Simplistic
Wolves kick off with a good 27-15 win over Doncaster Mustangs who had their QB ejected from the game in the first half. Wolves scored all their points in the first half and it was their defense who stepped up to secure the win late on. Big shout out to Lloyd Dignan who scored all 4 TDs including a 80+ yard kick return.

Simplistic
Defender went after QB and hit him just after whistle was blown. QB then headbutted the defender. First time I've seen that. Nothing more than handbags.
Jute
Wolves at home today hosting the Merseyside Nighthawks. 2:30pm start.
Simplistic
Merseyside were superb today. A stuff start with both defences playing well but my word the Nighthawk QB has an arm on him! They stretched the Wolves defense then hammered them on the ground. Finished 42-20 to Nighthawks

Simplistic
Wolves 6-1 too having had 5 away games on the trot. Superb season so far considering they are a level up on last year. If you can make the Scottish Derby this weekend then do. Both teams in fine form.
Jute
Very comfortable 40-0 win for Wolves over Blackhawks today. Was expecting a much closer game but Wolves ran away with it in the first half.
