They should make the second legs 12.15 kick offs

Mar Hall is a top place by the way, even take your bags to the rooms.

Also they do a terrific steak baggette thing on the room service. 5 stars

I can totally see why the draw is there!

Mussmeister,

It's the semi-final draw, four baws in a bag, hard tae justify an overnight, but ah like your style big chap. What about the boy Beveridge at your place, keeping him? Hope the draw is good to you

Top place with no doubt an equally hefty bill (even if it is for a short time to conduct the draw). I doubt if Mr Johnston and his cronies will be dipping into their own pockets for the bar bill etc. it should've been held in one of the member clubs social clubs (even a team not still in the competition) that way it would give a club some much needed revenue instead of holding it in a hotel or radio station studio.

"The draw for the Semi Final of the Dyslexia Scottish Junior Cup will take place at Mar Hall Bishopton next Friday 27 March. Time to be confirmed"

No money for a decent prize for the winners and runners up, but enough for the beaks to have themselves a wee soirree at their clubs' expenses rather than have the draw at Hampden which wouldn't cost a penny?

There may well be a good reason for having the Scottish semi-final draw in a village that never has had a junior team.

If there is a reason why on earth do you think the SJFA should share it with you lot?

SFA Blazers will all be there with the SCOTLAND squad. They need to hold the draw there to avoid leaving their all expenses paid surroundings to actually do their job, perhaps, allegedly, methinks.

Or maybe utilising the Scotland squad to help make the draw is an astute bit of business by the sjfa to maximise publicity for this level of the game.

I was eating an apple whilst I read this and it actually started to taste like chopped pork. Weird eh?

On the venue matter, it is indeed a cute move to make it there and involve the Scotland team. Not wishing to let TJ off the hook too much however, in that he could and should have taken it a stage further and included the reasons why in the statement on the website and heralded it in the national press too. Did this happen? Can someone tell me?
