rtg1971 Posted March 20, 2015 Share Posted March 20, 2015 While we are not officially entered in to the junior setup as yet i would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their wishes of well and at the same time i would like to formally announce our committee and management team. Chairman - moi aka Robert McCallum Secretary & Commercial manager - Craig Armstrong 1st team manager - Billy McKie 1st team assistant manager - Gary Johnstone 1st team coach - Ian Clark There will be other appointments to the committee in the next few hours/days i'm sure. Seriously guys, the very best of luck to what looks like being the newest club in the juniors, from everybody at Rutherglen Glencairn (119 years old this year). We passed a facilities check last week so after a few minor changes we will be delighted to bring semi pro football to Airdrie & Coatbridge. Gartcairn Army Posted March 20, 2015 Share Posted March 20, 2015 Thanks lads our park is a 3G facility in Airdrie but still to have a few amendments done. Our social club will be the Fourways bar which is about 1 minute from the park and does fantastic food. We are delighted to have an experienced management team in place and hopefully we can provide these guys with the structure and facilities to make Gartcairn competitive.
