FootballFan
With Bellshill's management team leaving for Arthurlie, what next for Bellshill? Seen them play a few times this season and they look to have a strong squad and rightly among the favourites for promotion to Super First, however there have been stories in the paper that the club has financial problems and all the players are playing for free. Now that Robert Downs has left, do you think this will lead to a number of players leaving Bellshill too? (Possibly some following him the Arthurlie? And who are the likely contenders to take over the helm at Bellshill?

spud4
Fallon and Mcguinness combo Can't see that happening Shooders! Both have men their own men for far too long! They are both fantastic managers but couldn't see them being a combo!
connolly81
I would give gints the player/manager job. Has the contacts and knows the game inside out

Has the contacts and knows the game inside out Think he'd do well if given the job, but I wonder if he'll be tempted to join Arthurlie too as part of the coaching team. ONeils40yarder
Hopefully McGinty can keep the squad together and aim at getting the Club into Super First again...don't know the money issues in great detail but the fan base is there, if the Club can only get back to playing in Bellshill again. Manny kaltz
Difficult start at Dunipace on Saturday for Gints and Sinky, however I think both will get a response from the players. The speaker's night on Saturday will be good if Hill get a result at Pace.
ONeils40yarder
Great News that Bellshill will be back playing in Bellshill next season at Rockburn Park...I'd imagine there will be a huge amount of work to do to get the facility up to Junior Standard. The season after they hope to be playing at a new ground at the Academy Park.

The season after they hope to be playing at a new ground at the Academy Park. I haven't been to the Rockburn for years, but hopefully an upgrade of the dressing rooms (assuming they're still there! )and a fence round the park will do the job for a season. Anyhoo, great to hear of the progress off the park and that the Bhill will soon be back playing in the town.
Bellshill
Gr8 news that the hill will be back home next season as a committee member the work that has been put into us returning bk to our town has been hard but now the header work starts to get the rock burn park ready for the start of the season and all help is needed from ppl to make this happen but believe me the amount of ppl that has csmd forword to help us out has been awsum its gd to be black yellow comeonthehill
Manny kaltz
Fantastic news, lots of work to do - covered perimeter fence, changing facilities, food kiosk and SJFA licence, seems a lot of cost for one season. Getting decent gate money and the additional revenue from food and raffles will no doubt delight the commitee. Look forward to first competitive match back in the toon. Fear no foe
Great to hear you guys are heading back to the town. Why did Bellshill stop playing at the sports centre in the town? Awful place to watch a game but would suffer that rather than see a club play out of their town. Remember a few decent wee pubs the time we were last through. That would have been a few years ago now right enough.
