Should be able to get behind both goals and the whole of the East stand. Best game of the season for our finances, on the pitch we'll get humped silly.

Qhat about your season ticket holders? Are the getting moved for the match?

We all fit in the West Stand quite comfortably so Hearts should get the other three sides I'd imagine. Hopefully a good crowd and a good atmosphere but I cannot see us getting anything out of the game whatsoever. 4-0 Hearts.

Yeah the West stand will hold over 3,000 to the corners, would imagine we'll have at least 1,500 in there, maybe a bit more with it being a festive period and folk looking to get out the house for a bit, and some neutrals coming down for it being against Hearts. Should be a great atmosphere with the big Hearts support, hopefully it will lift our players to put in a decent performance and we don't get beat by too many goals.

I predict a 2 hour queue to get out onto the main road and the pies to have run out by HT, oh and about 1,000 Jambo's missing their first goal by the time they get in through the turnstyles. Happy Xmas. :thumsup2

Glad to hear Hearts are coming in good numbers, will be a wee boost to the finances, something we badly need.

Can't see anything other than a routine 3 or 4 nil victory for the jambos, we played pretty well today but Hearts are miles ahead of Rangers.

Probably a very similar line up to the one that started today for us.

I'm just hoping we give a good account of ourselves unlike the last game at tyncastle.

Quick note to the jambos, I'd get down early, it'll probably be volunteers running turnstyles so might be a tad slower getting in, wouldn't want to see you guys missing kick off because there is nothing worse.

Enjoy your day out, but not too much I hope.

Another game I couldn't give a flying f**k about. Can we no just give hearts the points and have a decent festive period without seeing useless c***s play hoofball?

Good thing for us is that Hearts should bring a decent support through so that should be a little financial boost. The bad thing is that Hearts are going to do nasty things to us, I'll be having nightmares about it for the rest of the week.

While we play tomorrow night first, I'm not going but I will be at this one for my first trip to Almondvale. Can't wait either.

We've been given 6,000 tickets although I've no idea how many we've sold thus far.

Looking to get to Livi early doors to find a pub to watch the Hibs vs Rangers game. Any recommendations?

The Saltire in Carmondean by the train station is a decent pub with 3 TV's for the football. Not sure if the Granary has a tv but if it does that's the closest pub to our ground.

I always have this complex about livi. I mind in their first season up they demolished us 4 games out of 4 IIRC?? ridic

I'll always have a wee soft spot for them after they pumped Hibs in the cup final though. Also remember following their journey through the divisions in the Evening News. The paper used to rate their players in the same way they did with Hearts and Hibs, so I remember quite a few of them from that period.

Beat Hibs a few times that season too though, just to even it up for you. iirc we won 3-1 at Tynnie then 3-0 at Easter rd the following week, think Pressley got your goal late on in that game. Some fecking team that season.

My brother in law is a Jambo so was a sweet season for me lording it over him, pretty much was all downhill for bragging rights after that though.

Happy times. I remember the Hibs fans at my local arranged for a buffet for when they got back off the bus from Hampen.

They were nice sandwiches but l never did find out what happened to that bus.
