makemgeordie
gretna 2008 site Ryan McGuffie will be missing from the Gretna lineup. Ryan's Australian visa came through this week and he has taken the opportunity to be with his Australian partner for Christmas. It was always something the Raydale faithful were expecting while we marvelled at the poise he brought to the team. The only regret is that the supporters never got the chance to give him the send off he deserved. If you're reading this in Melbourne, Ryan, thanks from all of us and best wishes for your future. announced on gretna 2008 site news me turkey's coming along nicely ,
Cicero
I am also sad to see him go. We knew it could have been anything from one match or until the rest the season. It turned out to be eight matches. The defence certainly benefitted from his experience. He may be the reason that now have a degree of consistency in our recent performances. In the eight matches that he played, we won six, drew one and lost one. Best of luck in your new life down under, Ryan.

Queenserse
You'll be very welcome. Our next home game is next Saturday 29th December a local Derby against Threave Rovers from Castle Douglas. Kick off is 3 pm and it's only £5 entry. If you live in Gretna I'm sure you'll bump into someone you know.

Queenserse
Academy members in for free tomorrow so if you see any carthorses they're reindeers that have hung their horns up for safekeeping. And that avuncular jovial chap who keeps going "ho,ho,ho" is the Gretna manager.
