ChrisMFCfan1886
After losing a last minute goal to county yesterday this games importance has skyrocketed. We have to win this to try and pull away from the dreaded relegation spots. Hopefully Saints still won't have a new manager in place and we will have the "Baraclough Bounce" Going for a 2-1 win here Ojamaa and Sutton for us

Gianfranco
My record at new st Mirren park is awful I've been at least 6 times and the only non defeat was a 3-3 draw when the duke scored his first two goals in his loan spell with us a good few years ago Recently Ive went to St Mirren expecting us to have a good chance of winning since with respect we've had a better team/players than them the last few seasons. However this time with my poor record, our poor form, that 3-2 loss having been 2-0 up still in the memory and how much better St Mirren were than us on the first day of the season I'm expecting a defeat. Still I've got to see us win at New St Mirren park some time
YassinMoutaouakil
St Mirren vs Motherwell the weekend before Christmas? That'll never catch on.
Smeato
Motherwell, Dundee, Killie. In any other season we should be capable of getting 6 points out of this at least. I'll take 4 if offered now, getting pretty desperate.
P45
The pressure is on Motherwell if they want to claw back Celtic's 27 point lead on them.
djchapsticks
This is it for us, we're now in a make or break stretch of our season. The physical horror of Old Man Craig is gone, but his scent still lingers in the air (Old Spice, natch). Hopefully Teale and Longwell can do enough in regards to the preparation and getting the collective heads up to lift them for not just this match, but the entire crucial festive run. We need a minimum of 4 points in our next 3 games. It's not about catching County and/or Well as soon as possible. It's about at least staying in touch until January when we have a new gaffer in and a chance to change the playing squad up a little. I don't class this game as must win for us, I do, however class it as 'must not lose' and more importantly a 'FFS at least if you go down, go down showing a bit of fight and give us a semblance of hope that there's a light at the end of this tunnel, instead of the spineless pish you've thrown up all season' type match. You know the kind.

A green dot is a positive thing unless you discover one on your penis in which case you should make an appointment with the doctor. HTH.

jagfox
Are St Mirren likely to have appointed a new manager by Saturday? If not I think Motherwell will edge this one by one or two goals to nil.

Not only will the new boss have to polish a turd, he'll need to throw some glitter on it.
