I'm deep in negotiations (up to my Christmas nuts) with the powers that be at Spartans to do 1 of those Pirelli!WRVS type calendars. In no way is this any sort of advert or promotion to our latest batch of Merch' that will be available all through December & 2015, either at the club or online.

So here's the pitch, let me know what you think & any constructive criticism?

Each month I & one of our stars from the 1st 11 will pose in a semi-naked position in or around Pilton, with only a piece of our super brand new merchandise, available now.

Was thinking January could be me an Beezer on the bike path doing head tennis, with the stunning new Spartans beannie hats covering our unmentionables with a stunning backdrop of Ainslie Park pitch in the background, what do you reckon. & suggestions please for which of our stars you'd want to see in the. Buff & where & doing what with me & with which piece of new merch, see our website for details, all available now?

Thought December would be a squad pic. False snow & all bedecked in just Spartans tinsel & the Xmas tree baubles?

We tried to get Grim to model the new lucky Spartans Puffer Jacket. Unfortunately with Grim's build and the extra padding he looked like an extremely well lagged boiler.

But not an old. Boiler.

Is Pilton the Edinburgh cottaging hot spot?

That's the broke back one done, Beezer suits the Spartans Cowboy hat. Next up is the Titanic scene. Thinking Loco would look the part with the new away scarf flowing across the bows? Any other suggestions gladly received & don't be too shy no need for all the pm's

Perhaps you could re-enact famous Spartans moments. Stand on the banks of City Park in just a sombrero, a picture of you knee deep in water at Annan wearing just Wellies and perhaps one of you at Whitehill mooning Sir Peter!

Simps is it just your mucky mind, I'm trying my best here to keep this family friendly. How cold will it be at Granton Harbour at this time of year?

Do you think it's a bit too male orientated. Maybe we should get the women's team manager in on this, anyone think of any films with "Debbi does..." Something in the title. I can't think of one?

How about "Debbi Makes Galluses." It was an early John Grierson documentary charting the life of a gentlemen's accessory maker in the People's Republic of Jimishand.

I like the ring of that, I've not seen the doc', Q, can you describe a worthy scene we could recreate & which piece(s) of Spartans merch would go well in aforementioned scene?

The scene where Debbi is fishing for eels using horses heads is quite memorable.

The women's team manager and her friend Rosie could show the Spartans 'Double Dildo'in a fine light in this image.

Yours in sport,

Thank you Mrs Lamprey,

I'm visualising Cramond beach & hoofy in his sailorboy outfit & drum. Not sure were we are gonna get a donkey's head from in Pilton, oh maybe the Anchor Inn.

Not as tough as I 1st imagined, the accents might be the hardest bit?
