DA Baracus
Who has been relegated the most out of the professional teams in Scotland? And who has been promoted the most? I know my team must be up there for relegations (off the top of my head I can think of 10 ( but would interesting to see who is top. If possible can we find out a top 5? For promotions teams like St Johnstone, Dundee and Partick Thistle must be up there.
Dunning1874
Morton have 12 promotions and 13 relegations, we must be up there for both.
DA Baracus
Aye I was just thinking Morton would be a good shout. Hopefully not adding to the promotions this season mind!
Broken Algorithms
Stirling seem to have spent a fair amount of time flitting between leagues in recent years. Probably Morton though.
Mr Bairn
QOS seem to yoyo between the championship and league one a lot.
Loki
Ross County is 4 promotions and one relegation. Queen of the South are an established First Div club with only one season out of that league in 13 seasons.

vikingTON
Stirling Albion have been relegated 13 times and AFAIK are the current pace-setters; a remarkable figure, given that they have only been in the leagues since 1945. Looking good for a 14th, which would be their fourth in the last eight seasons.

Skyline Drifter
QOS seem to yoyo between the championship and league one a lot.Whit? I have followed Queens for 30 years and in that whole time we have had two 2 relegations (1989 & 2012) and 3 promotions (1986, 2002 & 2013). There probably arent many clubs who have changed division less in that time.

TheScarf
Think we're 4-1 in promotion-relegation as well.
Ranaldo Bairn
Although the Binos have showed remarkable bounce-up-and-doon-ability in recent seasons, I always thought ourselves and Morton were the pace-setters.
Ludo*1
Airdrie? (If including their previous incarnations) In the past few years they've liked to be relegated then re-instated through no fault of their own a good few times.
Cardinal Richelieu
Not sure about the most relegated but Stranraer have been up and down for the last 20 years. http://www.pieandbovril.com/forum/index.php/topic/199727-the-ultimate-yo-yo-team/ Hopefully up this year! Although given our last 2 forays into the 2nd top flight we might be as well staying put.
