I wonder if it's got anything to do with the alleged brawl that allegedly took place on Ashton Lane in Glasgow that allegedly ended up in Zaluska getting battered by two Dundee United players.

Allegedly.

Eta: Whoever it is it definitely won't be these two as MacNamara says they are a great example:

It's possibly being discussed in the Dundee United season thread. Possibly.

It possibly is, I'd have missed it possibly because I don't venture into other teams threads usually. Possibly.

What is? Paul Paton is being discussed? Paul Paton is being discussed in the Dundee Utd thread? Hardly surprising seeing as Paul Paton plays for Dundee Utd.

Possibly.

I'll possibly take an injunction out, I refuse to have this alleged scandal discussed.

Paul Paton.

Is this possibly the same Paul Paton that I never even mentioned but had mods sending me arsy PM's about?

Possibly?

Oh hold on here. Hold it right there.

I innocently posted a name (see post 2 above) because Mozzamozza posted said name 3 times in a weird sentence (see post 1 above). I was trying to be humorous even though I had no idea who this was or why he was being mentioned so much. Scout's honour.

It now appears that I'm an accomplice in a name-dropping internet crime thing - injunction crime thingy.

Now I'm a bit of goody two-shoes - always have been frankly. I for one do not condone those who engage in edgy name-dropping of the injunction crime thingy. That's not my bag - not my bag at all.

I would like to blame Mozzamozza. I'm nothing but a patsy and if I'm fingered (he he) then I'll crumble like a cheap suit (or something else crumbly). Innocent I tell thee, innocent.

Full statement here - http://dufc.co/news/club-statement-3/

"Dundee United can confirm that following a thorough investigation into reports that two of our first team squad were involved in wrongdoing at the weekend, we have decided that the club can no longer remain quiet re: these troubling allegations. After meetings with the players involved, the 'victim' and the local authorities, we are left with no alternative but to cancel the contracts of the two players. Dundee United does not condone any sort of illicit behaviour in the community or elsewhere and firmly believes that there is no place for actions of this sort in a civilised and modern society. If any other Dundee United players are caught doing an act as despicable as sleeping with a Dundee supporter then we will have no option but to terminate their contract also. We hope this clears the matter up."
