Onto this after last nights win, can't see anything other than an Arbroath win.

We've won 8 out of 9, I just refuse to believe it'll be 9 out of 10 seems far to good to be true, we surely have to lose!

Hopefully the players recover well after Tuesday, will they train again this week no?

I'd start same team that started Tuesday night, only fair, even though Hunter is an important player for us. Got to keep competition for places up and the guys that come in will know they're fighting for their jersey. Plenty of players that can fill in everywhere for us so they need to be on their toes. That gives us a;

Crawford

Little

Nicol

El Zubaidi

McBride

Whatley

Stewart

Carreiro

Linn

McManus

Murray

Great GK, Solid and very tall back 4, in midfield you have 3 different types of player, Linn the creator behind a proven poacher in McManus and a livewire in Murray.

Moore seems to have assembled a very decent squad, really quite a young squad too.

Hope for a good travelling support through which I imagine there will be considering.

C'mon the Broath.

We seem to be in freefall at the back right now and a supposed bombscare in the sticks. Cant see anything but a defeat by 2/3 goals or more

Am I right in saying Mckenzie is suspended? If so who will be in the goal for the Mo?

To be fair I thought Wood looked decent in the 2 cup games.

We need to try and keep the ball on the floor this visit. We are a very good passing side and can pass it through anyone in this league. We don't cause nearly enough problems when launching the ball long and bypassing the midfield.

Would happily play the same 11 as yesterday with Dylan out on the left and Whatley partnering Stewart in the middle

Woody always gives 100% for the club but his position is up front and being asked to play centre half while we have a promising centre half who is on loan sits on bench. Manager did same thing last season and didn't help us then either.

Definitely play on the deck. Last time there we played far too much high stuff which the big Mo defenders mopped up with ease but when we played on the ground down the wings we ripped them one. Same team as last night would be fine but the boss might just freshen things up with 1 or 2 changes. Good to have such competition for places means if you let your performance level drop then you risk being dropped.

Agree Woody always gives 100% but not sure I agree he should be up front. In the last two games, both away our front two were Mcintosh and Deasley and they looked very lively, McIntosh especially but Deasley was sacrificed against QP after 90 seconds when McKenzie saw red. If Woody does play up front though it allows Deasley take a midfield role in behind and I think he does well there and his pace should come in useful on Saturday. Crawford to partner Campbell at CB as Campbell should be back in, but I'd definately leave Masson at RB as Crawford has looked uncomfortable there especially against Arbroath recently. Watson has to stay in midfield as he's got an eye for goal and I'd find room for Scotty Johnston as well because we'll need him running his socks off again.

Where we must tighten up though is in both full back positions as Arbroath have used wing play to good effect.

I too expect a comfortable away win but the last two encounters have both finished all square after 90 minutes so you never know.

Noticed we have signed Adam Harwood on loan from Dundee Utd. Harwood is a central defender so I can't see Woody starting at the back.

Be an interesting team selection on Saturday.

Birngstall

Graham

Crawford

Harwood

Masson

Deasley

Watson

O'Neill

Johnstone

Woody

McIntosh

However I can see possibly Masson being in midfield with Crawford at RB where he did well and possibly either Campbell if fit or O'Kane in central defence.

Was away to have a good bevy for this but something serious has come up and I was thinking about not even going at all but I'll take the car, ok to park on Union row match days and I take it you enter from that road too without having to go right round the ground?

Looking forward to watching the game and taking it in quietly from the stand for a change, hope for a good footballing performance from the boys and another win. Another 4-0 or 5-0 ala title winning season would be superb. ;)

should be ok parking on Union St, that's the street before Links Park and just round the corner to the gate on Union Row or come onto Union Row from the other side off the road to the beach
