Should be a close game with Ayr having an above average start to the season and Alloa having a mostly poor start. With a fully fit squad we should be able to cause an upset here as I can't imagine Alloa will be particularly happy about coming to somerset . It's all about getting to the latter stages and getting a big team as there is no better atmosphere. However Alloa will be pretty up for this game I would imagine but I think Ayr will have enough quality to see themselves through the tie. Tough game but going for 1-0 Ayr , Beattie to score. How much are you's charging to get into that shitehole of a ground nowadays? Hope you's aren't putting up the prices because the big boys are coming to town. Our fringe players and youngsters should be able to sweep aside any seaside league no marks. Nah in all seriousness this will be a tough game. Alloa are so inconsistent at the moment and I wouldn't be able to predict a result and be sure that I'll even be close. That said I'm about 60% sure of an alloa win and both teams to score. However the team is capable of putting in good solid performances , Morton away for example. If the team can give us a response we can win the game.
