Accounts won't get signed off until they get a short term loan to, lol, prove they are a going concern, and they can't look for a fresh issue unless passed at AGM. So, that means last week of next month is the cutoff for the accounts. My guess is they will do another loan from easedale , and that will be the accounts signed off, so agm will be....
