Can imagine Gauld won't get called up this time but wouldn't be surprised to see May stick around. For the starting eleven, I'd definitely put Robertson back in at left-back. Because one is fat and shite (or would be at that level) and the other is currently playing in the U19s and isn't anywhere near the same level as other players who would miss out at the moment. Dryhorce Posted October 16, 2014 Share Posted October 16, 2014 Charlie Adam and Phil Bardsley James Forest Matt Phillips should all be in,could use the later two"s pace if we are in trouble and need to make impact substitutions to get in behind the Irish especially Phillips who has played most games for QPR in the BPL.Also we could find a place for Scott Arfield who is a much better option than Burke or Bryson who play at a lesser level.Also his team mate Boyd might also be in if he hits form as he can be another creative player for us hopefully if he brings his club form. He probably has more talent than most in the Scotland squad but seems always to look unfit and I feel WGS probably feels he would be more of a hindrance to our fluid quick passing game than a help.
