Jim Scott offered Willie Newbiggin the job after the Armadale game and Lee has just found out. Really feel for Lee as he put everything into the team only to be shat on by the club for a second time!! I dont know who the hell would want that managers job, its poison!! Think he had nearly 3 seasons while all rest will have struggled to be in charge any longer than 1 season. The same secretary fancying himself as a scout at the club and was looking to sign players. The committee were unhappy with bibby as quote "he shouldn't be playing as they felt he added nothing to the team" The same committee think it is acceptable to bring in 5 amateur players from a Fife amatuer team that folded to see if they could get one good player as a return and have other boys filling the bench The same committee were unhappy as lee dair and bibby didn't agree with this method as we wanted quality not just faces to fill a bench The same committee that's should abuse at there own players from the sidelines The same committee that didn't want to pay players if they were injured or suspended The boys from last season stayed and took 50% wage cuts to play for Dan and bibby The boys that signed this season signed because Dan and Bibby ,myself included I have never been at a club where there has been a drama with the committee at every training session They committee ruin the club at ballingry after a great start that we have made to the season under Dan and bibby on a shoestring budget The Changing room is one of the best I have been in with the boys fighting for each other and wanting to play football However, this latest episode with the committee is totally unacceptable and for me personally I have asked to leave the club that I signed for free 2months ago as my loyalty lies with the dairs and bibby The same committee have recently told me that even though I signed for free at the start of the season and have only received one monthly pay roughly £100 want 2.5k to pay out of my contract as that what the club value me at. The committee have now priced me out of the game for the rest of the season and this sums up the ballingry committee. Now a big time player back at Ballingry ? I will now wait on him threatening to tell the police on me PM absolutely nailed on which will go like this "what have i ever done to offend you ?" He signed a contract with the club, not with the management, as does every other player in both Senior and Junior football. Didnt see half the Ross County team leaving in a huff the other week when Adams was sacked etc etc etc etc Would he be doing the same if they had been hunted after losing every game 6-0? If the answer to that is yes, then its clear the boy has an attitude problem. Time for him to grow up and play for his team. Lee and Kevin have both played at a high level and are a "real football guys", they seem to be relishing working on a shoe string budget and stringing together a few good results so it beggars belief why the commitee would try and interfere with footballing matters. Sadly it looks like they will never learn. I agree that the players are probably better keeping their thoughts to themselves but as the lad Hughesy says it seems they were even causing problems at training sessions !!! As a Ballingry player I could mention a few things that players have the right to ask questions about, but I won't go into it on a forum. If Lee's situation had been due to poor results then I'm sure Hughsey, and others players btw would've acceoted it and got in with it, but I'm sure people who know most of whats went on will understand the reasons behind Hughseys post and decision.
