King Kebab
I know it's still a week and a half away, but what the f**k!!! After a not brilliant start, but not as bad a start as some were making out, The Fife Express is starting to pick up a good head of steam, undefeated in four now, a rapid climb up to Fourth, and with the three teams above us all playing away from home, on the same day, who's to say we can't get up to second place, as long as we win this one!!! The team is solid at the moment, strong at the back, solid in the middle and our front two have nine goals between them so far this season, but goals aren't really a worry as we are getting them from all over the park, with with 12 different scorers already, it does appear to be coming together at last after a slow start, think the only change to the team would have been Naysmith starting at Left Back, after his MoM performance at Gayfield, but injury has ruled him out of the last two and he's the type of guy who won't drop a player just to give himself a game even though a blind man can see that the team is so much better with him in it!!! As for Clyde, well they've been incredibly pish so far this season, the Bazza Revolution does not seem to be working, will he still be in charge when we meet? I would imagine that if they get knocked out of the Scottish on Saturaday, Ferguson will be told to get on his bike, then we would be facing a team possibbly playing out of their skin for a new manager, or on the otherhand if they have a resounding victory against the Mighty Turriff United it might galvanise them in a way that hasn't happened for them yet this season, so whether or not they win or lose this week, I think it's fair to say that we will be in for a battle the following Saturday!!! KK prediction 2-0 to the Fife , Smith to score!!!

Shawfield Stallion
There's no way I'm anywhere close to calling for Barry's head, but a 3 year contract for a novice manager is absolutely mental. If things keep getting worse, there's no way we'll be able to afford to sack him even if we wanted to

If things keep getting worse, there's no way we'll be able to afford to sack him even if we wanted to Very premature to talk about anyone getting the bag but I wouldn't imagine B.Ferguson will be on that much in any case. It's more a case of him getting the chance to get into management in Scotland in what is the Clyde version of Paul Hartley. He's already part funding a couple of players wages (if rumours are to be believed).

King Kebab
Clyde insisted that the game be played on the Saturday. East Fife proposed either Friday night or Sunday... Would that be knowing that the game would have been postponed if their cup tie had went to a replay???

Jack Burton
Clyde insisted that the game be played on the Saturday. East Fife proposed either Friday night or Sunday... It was always daft that we had a free week when Scotland were playing away in Germany but a full round of fixtures when Scotland are at home. Really hope we beat these clowns and hopefully they will have another few years in basement league. Mon the Fife! 1.0 win with a debatable 94min penalty will do braw.... King Kebab
East Fife to win, East Fife to score two or more goals and Kevin Smith to score anytime!!! Take that line to the bookies!!!

This must qualify as one of the most stupid remarks ever posted. Fans from BOTH clubs are being penalised by the daft decision to play this game on the Saturday.
