The amount of our support calling for Naysmith's head last season when he was managing a team he hadn't assembled was embarrassing. Young managers need time to learn and develop and if you don't give them the opportunity you are left with the same dinosaur managerial types that are on the merry go round. However since you've been in the same division as us I do believe last season was the first time that you managed to finish above us, so well done on finally getting above the minnows.
