Anyway it has been confirmed on the SPFL website that it'll be a straightforward draw, with Inverness/Rangers considered a seed and Kilmarnock demoted into the non-seeds. In which case you give Kilmarnock the choice. Be unseeded and find your tie out today or hold out for the chance to be seeded and take the chance. Well, yeah, because the draw is being made before the ICT-Rangers game. The real issue is the timing of the draw, which of course is only an issue because of the joke outfit that is the Rangers, who seem to be allowed to play matches when they please, rather than following the schedule like everyone else does.
