Longest Unbeaten Run by a Promoted Team in Scotland's Top Division

...from the very first league game of the season.

I've got Ross County in season 2012/13 who went 6 games from the start of the season until they were stopped by St. Johnstone on the 22nd Sept 2012.

Then Dunfermline in 2011/12 who managed 4 games unbeaten before they were beaten by Motherwell.

Dundee are currently on 3 this season, equaling last seasons season start by Partick Thistle.

Has another team bettered County's start to their first season up since the start of the SPL/Premiership set up and also which promoted team to the top division in the history of Scottish football has the longest unbeaten run in the league from the very start of a season?.

My guess would have been Livingston when they came straight up and finished 3rd in 2000/01 (I think).

However looking into it they lost their third match 0-1 against Dundee, although it was the only match they lost in their first 12 SPL games.
