TFW Posted August 12, 2014 Share Posted August 12, 2014 Just a quick reminder that Auchinleck Talbot will be holding their frist ever Programme Fair at Beechwood Park, in the social club, on October 5th between 11am and 2pm. I'm sure it's the first ever such fair at a Junior club, and it's also the only fair in Scotland for the last two years. We're very keen for it to be a success, and if it is we will definitely have another one next year. I will be in touch with other Junior clubs in the area to see if they wish to send someone down to see how it goes, and if it is successful I can offer to do the same thing at their grounds also. Over the last 18 months or so we've had fantastic donations from fans at Beechwood, and I'm usually bringing home at least one bag of donated items every week even now. We've also shipped over hundreds of programmes from Southern Ireland, and had donations across the UK. Am fairly confident it will be the largest sale of Junior programmes ever seen, as well as all sorts of programmes - Cup Finals, Internationals, European ties, friendlies, etc etc. It should be a great day, and entrance is free.
