QPStu
If you have long enough on your M74 holiday, a short trip further south will take you to the M6. Attractions include the Travel Lodge in Carlisle.

Savage Henry
Cheers guys, on your recommendations I've decided to go to the M77 this Christmas. Anyone got any good hotel tips - I realise popular resorts like this can fill up quickly so I thought I'd book now. Just as an afterthought - do you think a week will be long enough to see everything?
