Strange no comments from any Stirling supporters. Where they hiding anyway I never saw any comments or reports from Stirling fans about their pre-season stuff, reckon the fans must have all graduated and have now left.

Don't know where he has gone, but he was at Spartans on Saturday.

Interesting discussion going on in the clubhouse between Mr Gowrie and someone who has managed at premier league level in England.

Davie Moyes ?

As a Stirling supporter we were in the dark as much as anyone. Weeks ago strong rumours were going the rounds about Eddie going to Hibs, but then big Terry got the bullet, and it all went quiet. It would appear he has gone to the youth set up at Hibs, and the best of luck to him. No mention of a replacement as yet, Alan Taylor who managed the " the win everything team of 2011" will be in charge until an appointment....I think.

Nearly a new team with at least 5 new players this season, so it will be interesting to see how they get on. We have been given a cracking start with 2 stiff away games, so c`mon the lads.

Chucked it 24 hours before the start of the season....not the best timing.I wonder who will get that job?

I've heard mickles has been told no more bullsh.t on here and in taking a professional approach has accepted the job :P

That can only be the reason he's disappeared of p&b :o

Lets face it they would be as well with Mickels, after inheriting an all conquering squad (courtesy gophers assistant) one paltry league cup in two season (excepting the kiddy on uni stuff) and no wins in 8 v WW!! mickels would look like van gaal in comparison!

Unfortunately I think its a job for the boys here...
The Hibs youth set up have been known for years to be of a fairly high quality, knowing Eddie I fear the latter for the young players progression at the club.

Yeah the Stirling team have started with three defeats, but there is five players I can think of which would be first choices that are soon to be back in the team and that will make a big difference. Still be problems with the attack I feel going to be too reliant on Geddes to fire the goals.

Don't go along with the excuse of having no manager, Alan Taylor, is more than capable of taking care of that side as we have seen before.
