HibeeJibee
Lot of cracking ties in there. Leith-Craigroyston derby in the Image Printers (they meet in the Qualifying League too - and could meet in the Alex Jack SF as well). At least one EOS League club guaranteed to make the Image Printers QF (Duns/Civil/HW). And the EK-Lothian rematch could be a belter. At least one EOS First Division club guaranteed to make the King Cup QF (Duns/Peebles - they've both also got a top draw in the Qualifying League). At least two EOS club guaranteed to make the South Challenge Cup R3 (Tynecastle/Duns and Coldstream/Leith/Civil). Potential for a Hawick-Gala derby in R2 as well. Borders rivalry in Qualifying League with Coldstream-Kelso.
sunlightstar
And potential of some teams playing each other 6/7 or more times! Farcical.
Ollie Ormiston
And potential of some teams playing each other 6/7 or more times! Farcical. It won't be Ormiston - can't see us making much progress in any of the cups given our draw however I'd rather play a team 6/7 times if we were progressing through the cups but it looks like we will have a particularly dull season concentrating on the league. Ollie Ormiston
What's going on at ormiston Ollie. Murray has been great servant but should ave went to being on the board a few years back. Feel sorry for the fishers n Tommy in all of this I really only do the PR and Facebook stuff but I think Murray and Tommy felt badly let down as we approached the season end by players who had left cos they didn't agree with some decisions, players who didn't come to training but expected to start on the Saturday and ultimately having to phone around on a Friday night to see if players were actually going to turn up for the game and then try and get stand ins if we couldn't get a squad. We had a core group of guys who did all the right things and could be relied on but we had a very poor end to the season because we struggled to get 11 fit players. It's also difficult to get good training sessions when only 4 folk turn up! From what I hear Tommy has stood down as coach, a lot because of work commitments and Murray has probably just had a enough of the hassle and has said he is going to be standing back from it all. From what I hear committee are currently exploring other people who would be interested in taking over - folk on the committee who perhaps would have were equally hacked off by some of the attitudes and behaviours as well. I know Murray has been around a while and the sort of Director of Football role would be ideal as you don't want to lose his knowledge and experience, we just to get a new management team/coach in place and build on that for the future. ormistonian
When a team is vastly made up by a group of friends all it takes is for 1 to spit the dummy out n cause disruption this is the outcome. Hopefully Mr Greenhorn can persuade the local amateur team manager n let the history between them go

ormistonian
That's the thing can ormiston attract a manager that does bring players with him as from what am hearing there is only about 5 players left. Last year Hamish colgan would ave been excellent but now Blair glynn would be excellent or breeks

Not sure they have signed anyone yet because who is going to sign when you don't know what the set up is.
