1320Lichtie
Unfortunately there's not a hope in hell of it happening. Good idea though, but in reality, it's a no goer!
Highlandmagyar
In 2024 there won't be an Ibrox. What then?

JakeSAFC
Euro 2024 will be like Euro 2020 it'll be all around Europe instead of 1 or 2 countries
CaptainCharisma
No, f**k right off. I don't want to be associated with the ROI.
Lex
Euro 2024 will be like Euro 2020 it'll be all around Europe instead of 1 or 2 countries I think that's a great idea. One tournament in Western Europe, one in Eastern Europe, and rotate back and forth. Smaller area than Brazil or USA which both have both hosted World Cups, and means smaller countries like ourself will be able to host tournament matches without the burden of a whole tournament. Addie
Obviously a tongue in cheek post but I'm sure UEFA had reservations over more than one stadium per city. The local police wouldn't like it that's for sure,
lionel hutz
No, f**k right off. I don't want to be associated with the ROI. Okay we'll scratch Ibrox off the list

ForzaDundee
The idea has been going about for years and isn't going to happen. Discovery Stadium, Dundee - 30000 (18000 after and only for United) How to you propose United pay for this stadium?

DA Baracus
As pointed out, the Euros will no longer be in just one or two countries after the one in France. Why the f**k would Dundee United build a massive new stadium anyway? Where are they going to find circa 11000 more fans every second week? Where will Aberdeen get 14000 more fans every second week? I know they have plans for a new stadium, but you'd think they wouldn't be so stupid as to build such a large one when it won't be filled, or even half filled, most weeks. They shut the upper tier of the Dick Donald stand last season (12/13 I mean) did they not? Scottish football doesn't need more empty seats. craigkillie
The 2020 thing is initially being mooted as a one-off - as things stand we would be back to a "normal" format for 2024.
HibeeJibee
Turkey withdrew from bidding for Euro 2020 SFs & Final as they want Euro 2024 outright. As Craigkillie says, it should return to normal arrangements post-2020.
