Very comfortable win tonight - 2 errors for first two goals but cracking finishes from McElroy - Second half was bit of a non event but we livened up near the end when the new lad Shelvey came on - very impressed with him - looked really sharp and cracking cross for Reece Pearson to score the 3rd . MOTM award went to McElroy but thought Jamie Campbell was Bankies best player tonight with Ciaran McElroy and Paul Bell close behind.

Well done Bankies !!! :)

Well done Clydebank see if they can keep team together love watching them on they day r best footballing side in the west

Supposedly McElroy and Archie have already agreed to sign for QP.

Went along to watch this tonight and was pretty impressed with Clydebank. Archie must be a b*****d to play against.

He's a powerful wee beggar and wins balls in the air that he's no right to, due to his strength and timing. Also hits a mean free kick. All the best to any of the boys that are thinking of moving on, and thanks for all your good work

. McElroy had a strange game tonight, kept falling over the ball and misplacing wee daft passes....then pops up with two hard won goals.

My MOM was Jamie Campbell... who never gave up on anything the whole game, closely followed by Ian Gold and Paul Bell. Well played Cumbernauld, who worked tirelessly throughout the game, but were just beaten by a team with a wee bit more composure on the night.

Interviewed McElroy after the game and I asked him about whether he's decided his future yet - his answer was that he's not decided anything yet, and will make a decision after the weekend. When asking him what's the most important factor to consider, his answer was game time - he's wanting to play each week.

A good win for us, McElroy took his chances well, Cumbernauld will be furious with themselves for gifting them to him but felt we were the better team throughout. Archie desperately unlucky not to score early on with that free kick off the bar, and I agree with comments about Jamie Campbell's performance as well as Shelvey's impact when he came on.

Best team in the Central District this season, and our 100% record at Newlandsfield continues!
