Barcz86 Posted June 14, 2014 Share Posted June 14, 2014 what happened with tibers management team? andrew cooper has done very well at celtic was suprised to see there league position. andrew is a good coach. was it the players that let the team down or was it the management? would be interested to hear the opinion on this matter as not one club will be able to compete with hurlford until they get on a level financial field with them and surely the teams in the top division are battling for 2nd place and maybe one of the cups that hurlford are not in. would be interesting also what are the goals of the teams in the top league considering. its a horrible state of affairs at the the top of the ayrshire amateur league with such a massive gulf in class. i heard he was off to manage the new team new farm loch and that quite a few ex juniors have signed on at this club whether its true or not is a different thing. Alot of what you have said have been echoed by folk who i have spoke to about false promises to players.been told the recent quality of players at the tiber are poor and no fight was evident in majority of gamed. I know the proper attire to games was a big thing as it involved a fine system and instills a bit of professionalism but as u say it doesnt win u games.sounds rather petulant forcing a committee member to quit considering it is the committee who practically run and fund the clubs. I spoke to folk about this new farm rumour if it is true he will not be getting a high amount of resources as folk behind the scenes are also former players of his 21s team and know how he works.
