The Moonster
Turn it into a weekend mini-tournament like the Oban tournament or bin it. Clubs can't even be arsed organizing the fixtures any more, set a weekend aside pre-season and get it over and done with or bin it.
HibeeJibee
Your best bet could be something like: Stirlingshire Cup Pre-season tournament over 1 weekend - SFs, 3rd/4th + Final - Falkirk - Dumbarton - Alloa Athletic - Stenhousemuir Stirlingshire Shield Pre-season tournament over 1 weekend - SFs, 3rd/4th + Final - Stirling Albion - East Stirlingshire - Stirling Uni - qualifier or invitee (Junior? Amateur? Falkirk U20s?) Winner of Shield exchanged with 4th in Cup for following season Or 2 randomly drawn side-by-side tournaments, and winners play a Final subsequently. Wilky1878
Alloa win tonight. Good to see a 14 year old scoring the second goal.
printer
Alloa win tonight. Good to see a 14 year old scoring the second goal. It was a good finish too, from a corner hit with real pace by Hetherington. We had the stronger team out last night and it showed. Good to see the youngsters invoved, and they showed up well. Stenny were competitive and well marshalled at the back by Jim Paterson.
BFTD
I missed it The scoreline is just confusing me. What happens when we score more than the other team?

Great performance when he came on.
Jan Vojáček
Sooooo, with us playing near enough every mid-week from now until May (and possibly beyond if we slip into 9th) are we just leaving it this year?

Jan Vojáček
Are you not out? Is Falkirk vs East Stirlingshire not the other semi? I've no idea to be honest. I remember us losing to the Shire about this time last year at Ochilview, but I can't really remember anything since then

I remember us losing to the Shire about this time last year at Ochilview, but I can't really remember anything since then I was wrong, you're still in it, it's you and the shire in the other semi winner to play us at some point (probably after next seasons first rounds showing again why this tournament has run its course). BFTD
The final will be next season anyway. Think the other semi is Dumbo vs the Lowland League's potential new recruits, as they beat the Bairns a million years ago. Edit: aye, what Wilko said. Wilky1878
Suppose this is Shires biggest game in their history eh Really? A stirling fan talking about big games, let's be honest none of us in this cup bar falkirk and maybe Dumbarton are big teams in terms of Scottish football so get off your high horse and stop being a knob.
