Bolt
There's a rumour going around that Alex Cooper of County could be going to Brora. Anyone on here heard anything else about that?
WeAreElgin
He would be a good signing for Brora, is he not on the fringes of the first team at Ross county though?
northfootie
think he scored for County in the highland derby ,arent Brora signing a clach player on loan?
WeAreElgin
Gordon Morrison?
northfootie
Gordon Morrison? highly doubt that one as he rarely plays for clach these days due to his job, and its not Pollock although he,ll end up there as he,s on the transfer list
WeAreElgin
Just going on what's doing the rounds, i can't see it though. Shane sutherland's been another name going round but i would be very surprised if he left us after only half a season.
Bolt
Well Shane Sutherland chose you guys over going to Brora so i can't see him going. Colin Williamson signed from Clack last week, sorry haven't been on here since then.
bunglebonce
Steven Ross on loan from Ross County. A quick and hard-working centre-forward, who other County supporters tell me was a right-winger through the youth ranks but Derek Adams only ever played him as a striker. The only time he was on the right flank was when Adams once was desperate for a result and went a bit Jimmy Calderwood with a 4-2-4 for the last 20 minutes of a game, with three other strikers on the pitch. He scored a belter of a goal against Aberdeen last season, but that's his only goal in 20 appearances (roughly half of them are starts). Adams gave him a try this season, but in the Premiership despite pulling defences with his movement offered absolutely no goal threat of his own. He needs to learn to get in the right spaces, which he'll only get with more time. He was super lean before but I think he's beginning to put some muscle on. Bolt
I know Stevie quite well. He can play in midfield also. I watched him a good few times for the under 20s last season and scored some absoloute screamers, i remember one against Aberdeen, it must have been about 40 yards out. Good hardworking player. Hopefully this oppurtunity will help him along abit.

Brora fans, or lost County fans...or Forres fans...or whoever else is kicking about here who knows anything. We're due to sign Steven seemingly any time now. Any info on him would be appreciated, cheers

ICTChris
I went to see Fort William play Preston Athletic and McLeod was excellent. Strong, direct, good in the air, held the ball up well. It'll be a big loss for Fort William.
welshbairn
It's no doubt a good move for McLeod but it's sickening when the likes of Brora, Nairn and Formartine poach players from struggling teams mid season.
sophia
hi, I'm kristiana.Brora Rangers bid to win a third Highland League title took a big step Golabek witnessed Richard Brittain signing from Premiership club I wanna to know more about Brora Rangers . thank you Brora Rangers' local rivals are Ross County and their festive home and away double header is sorely missed. I know at least two County supporters who want it to return.
Savage Henry
Brora Rangers' local rivals are Ross County and their festive home and away double header is sorely missed. I know at least two County supporters who want it to return. That reminds me of the (same?) two County fans who.... Seriously though, yeah, were we ever to play Brora in a cup game, it would be a far more meaningful "derby" than the Inverness game, which will always be slightly contrived for any County fan over a certain age. Generally speaking, Brora are the second team in the Highlands, with Inverness trailing in about seventh or eighth.
