Gordopolis
Good list! I thought Mandron at Sunderland was ruled ineligible though? Would be good to have another column on the list "Other nationalities" to see who is deffo ours and who might do a McCarthy.

ForzaDundee
Good list. Can we have more foreign leagues added too? Shouldn't be too difficult.

Shouldn't be too difficult. http://us.soccerway.com/players/players_abroad/scotland/ This is a decent starting point. It's by no means exhaustive but it's a start. Steven Caulker - English Scored on his debut against Sweden 14/11/12 Angus Gunn - English Maybe one of the type of players who comes back when he finds out he's not going to get a look in for England??? James Henry - Weird one, was Scottish then English, then Scottish again but then turncoated and became English again Currently languishing in League One so f**k 'im!!! Lewis McGugan - English What about Scottish player from League One? No, just no!!!!

McGhee and Strachan talk to Caulker But if England not call up to Caulker at World cup 23 squad Because Englishman can switch to play to Scotland for grandpapa or family born scotland Englishman can play to Scotland for his family born to Scotland
Quentin Taranbino
Are you just looking for ones that are eligible? Could probably add another 30-40 names to this list from those top two divisions
djchapsticks
KK, I think Caulker is in fact still eligible (a la James McCarthy) as he's never played a competitive match for England as of yet. Diego Costa did the very same thing when switching from Brazil to Spain last month despite picking up 2 caps in friendlies this year.

Diego Costa did the very same thing when switching from Brazil to Spain last month despite picking up 2 caps in friendlies this year. Suppose it all depends if Strachan still wants him, but in my mind i you have played (and scored) for another country then thats you, but this list isn't about my personal thoughts and opinions, if he is still eligible then I will put him on the list, there is actually a couple of others that now make the list because of this!!! Swampy
Not including League One is strange consideringLeigh Griffiths is in League One and very much part of the setup. There's nothing to say another player at the same level couldn't do likewise.
King Kebab
Not including League One is strange consideringLeigh Griffiths is in League One and very much part of the setup. There's nothing to say another player at the same level couldn't do likewise. Leigh Griffiths inclusion in the Scotland Set-UP kicked off when he was playing at an SPL standard and laterly at an English Championship level it is only through circumstance and the ineptitude of his Club side that he now finds himself playing in the third tier of English Football!!! As with Wallace at Rangers, the arguments for and against his inclusion are many, personally I think it is a step to far, as I also think his involvement in the squad outwith getting a move in January, will lessen as the season further progresses!!! DjembaDjemba
League One is arguably a better standard than the SPL. If not at least comparable. So your argument is one huge fail. As well as Griffiths there are guys like McDonald and Murphy in that league who may be of use in future. Even Maguire and Fleck too.
King Kebab
If you honestly think we should be selecting our future Internation sides from players from the third tier of English Football rather than a selection of the 50 available to us from the English Premiership and the best of our own SPL players then there is only one person failing here mate and it's not me!!! But if enough people want me to show who we have in League One then I will do it!!!

Swampy
Just do it and shut up Yeah, basically this. I'm not exactly happy with the idea that League One players are getting call-ups, but it's happening. And if I'm not mistaken Rhodes got his first call-up when Huddersfield were still in League One.
