Rangers are to play Sheff Wed. in a pre season friendly...remember them?

All the new signings will be travelling down with the squad so should get a run out.

It is an evening kick off which could make things.....Interesting  ;)

Scotland gives up 9.9% of tax money to London, 73.9 Billion pounds!! and receives back only 9.28% of expenditure only 60.1 Billion.  So we'd be at the very least 13.8 Billion pounds better off with Independence.

What date?

I've yet to visit Sheffield Wednesday and, as I was at Brammall Lane a few years ago on the weekend of the Leeds Festival, I need to redress the balance.

The power of a bold idea uttered publicly in defiance of dominant opinion cannot be easily measured. Those special people who speak out in such a way as to shake up not only the self-assurance of their enemies, but the complacency of their friends, are precious catalysts for change.

Right Ted, I'll ask you straight.

Do you honestly, in your heart of hearts, believe that WRK supports Celtic, rather than Kilmarnock?

Aye all the usual suspects, this has surely got to be a local game for the Killie fan, he should be out there spreading the word.

Shame it's a week day game instead of at the weekend, they'll be a lot of English based Rangers fans up for it. McCabe will get pelters if he's playing

Don't see why Rangers fans would have any reason to moan about since he has more ambition than just being happy to play in the Scottish lower leagues for the next 3 or so years, its doubtful as well that he would have been given the opportunity to become a better player than he already was under that new set of circumstances, then there's that ridiculous 4 year contract he was on.

You have to attempt to understand the cretinous mindset of people like AWRA.

People doing the New Club a favour by exercising their legal rights and letting them start afresh = Bad Guys.

Greedy feckers who had no chance of getting a similar deal elsewhere staying on to continue raping the corpse = Good Guys.

Seeing as I live in sheffield these days I might actually go to Hillsborough and watch this. Be interesting to see how Rangers get on with the signings that they've made this season and see how thy play. Although I will be cheering Sheffield Wednesday though.

Clubs can play whoever (edit: with permission if still contracted elsewhere, and provided not last registered abroad IIRC) and howevermany people they like as triallists in friendlies.

And they can also field triallists in SFL2 games and now in the Challenge Cup too, within limits of players-per-game and games-per-player.
