So when will it be off...Friday?? The only team i know who puts covers down when there is a chance of some drizzle.....What about Brechin Vics park...or the High school ? Anyone know where the SFL stand on nonsense like this? Think i will go up to Station on Saturday and watch the 1st team train instead....no matter what the weather  !!!

Laughable comments.Everyone knows with the drizzle we had today (Thursday or Mert day for all you tractor driving loons) the game has already been switched to the Nu Camp or Nursery Park (Brechin Vics ground ). You can reach this off River Street.Plenty of parking outside the ground, a nice wide park which should suit the  ball players in your team.

Tell you what , why don't you come along with Dick Campbell and blow some of that hot air under the covers ? That might be enough to completely dry out the wet patches !   ;)

On a more serious note, if you are not actually afraid to take on the mighty Brechin winning machine , we look forward to seeing you on Saturday to give you another lesson in goal scoring !

Nothing wrong with the pitch at Glebe Park... this ref would have let all the games go ahead...

Hard to see this going ahead. It was unplayable after around a week of no rain. Now we've had a bit of rain for a couple of days.

For sure, its just that this lad is needin' the practice.... and his Fergie has the good 3 point linkage which means it works on really wet bog like ground.

You have the venue... he has the teckle.... Simples.. ;)

Team news for the match:

Moyes may miss out for Brechin

Brechin could be without Ewan Moyes when they entertain Angus neighbours Forfar.

The defender, who has scored in the Glebe Park men's last two games, suffered an ankle injury in Tuesday night's 2-1 success at Ayr.

Craig Molloy continues to be sidelined by a knee problem and Alan Trouten is a doubt with a hamstring problem, but Gary Fusco returns from a one-match ban.

Manager Ray McKinnon said: "Our players have done well to take four points from our last two away games which were against sides that are also chasing a play-off place.

"We need to keep that going against a Forfar side that we have beaten 4-1 in our last two derby games. That will make them very determined to win this one."

Forfar will miss defender Michael Bolochoweckyj through suspension, but the blow is softened as Danny Denholm is back from a ban.

Odmar Faero and Ross Campbell are doubts after illness this week and Keith Gibson remains sidelined with a knee problem. Dale Hilson is over his ankle injury and will return.

The Loons' former Glebe Park manager Dick Campbell said: "Ray McKinnon has done a fantastic job at Brechin since he went in there and I watched them the other night put in a very solid performance to defeat Ayr.

"We have got ourselves back into a play-off position and have every intention of holding onto it. The best way of doing that is by winning all our games, starting at Brechin."

If you go up tomorrow and help lift the covers , you can cast judgement then .  It will give you a chance to have a word with the groundsman and committee regarding the previous issues !  ;)

I don't live locally. I don't think they need me to point out the problem, I'm sure they are well aware.

Not being a fermer could you please define  and explain to me the difference between bog and the "bogg" in your post. Thank you.
