Just thinking about this there...

For Scotland matches I've been to, I'm at a respectable 7/3/3.

I've only been to one friendly, but haven't seen us play away from home yet.

Defeats were to Spain, Netherlands and Switzerland.

Over to you (if you know).

September 2021 edit:

Now at 17/7/8.

Have been to four friendlies now - Switzerland, England, Northern Ireland, England.

Have been to one major tournament match - Croatia.

Have seen us play away from home twice - England, Gibraltar.

Defeats were to Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Wales, England, England, Germany, Croatia.

Will be going to the Israel and Denmark matches.

Home: P 19 W 13 D 3 L 3

Away/ Neutral P 14 W 5 D 1 L8

Overall P33 W18 D 4 L 11

(neutral = Carling Cup games vs Wales /NI & Brazil in England last year )

Probably helped by my refusal to go to home friendlies, only one I've been to was T&T in 2004 at Easter Road.

Competitive away wins- Lithuania 06, France 07, Liechtenstein 11

How in God's name can you remember this? The away games, fair enough, but how do you remmeber how many home games you've been to?!

A few months back when I was "encountering some downtime" at work I decided to do this off my own back so it's all on a spreadsheet. For various reasons I've only been to 4 home games (Iceland, Macedonia, Holland, and Spain) since the start of 2009, yet 11 away games (all qualifiers plus 3 carling cup games plus Brazil plus Burley's last stand in Cardiff) in that same timeframe.

I just did it a much easier way and scrolled through the last 10 years of games on the SFA website, scribbling tally marks on a fag packet as I went along.

Home: P26 W13 D7 L6 (High - France, Low - Belarus/Italy)

Away/Neutral: P9 W3 D1 L5 (High - Spain, oddly, Low - Wales)

Total: P35 W16 D8 L11.

I appear to have the form of a mid table side in no real danger of relegation. In fact, if I can improve my away form I might even make the top six.

Only been to home competitive games (since the 2002 world cup qualifiers) and 2 home friendlies (1-2 loss vs Nigeria and 1-0 win over South Africa) . Here goes;

W: 15

D: 7

L: 6

This is based on wikipedia results from qualifiers which I'm confident are right.

Only been to 8 Scotland games, all at home, spread over 7 years. I've only seen us lose once, a 1-0 home defeat to Belarus in 2005

Scotland 3 v 1 Lithuania 1999

Scotland 2 v 1 Latvia 2001

Scotland 3 v 1 Canada 2002

Scotland 1 v 0 Lithuania 2003

Scotland 2 v 0 Moldova 2005

Scotland 0 v 1 Belarus 2005

Scotland 6 v 0 Faroe Islands 2006

edit to add a game I had forgotten about!
